Basket raffle ticket drawing

Allocate regular and bonus tickets to the prize baskets each guest wants to win.

Set up the baskets

Enter your prizes in draw order. Record each participant’s tickets only in the baskets they chose. Add a separate allocation if they entered another basket.

Run a three-ticket basket raffle

At a club fundraiser, a guest puts two tickets toward the coffee basket and one toward movie night. Record both allocations under the same guest ID. Add any early-entry bonus to the basket the guest chose. Before drawing, tell guests whether one person can win both baskets.

Host questions

Can guests enter only the baskets they want?

Yes. Record tickets under each chosen basket. A guest who puts every ticket toward movie night has no entries in the coffee drawing.

Can we limit each guest to one basket win?

Choose the one-win rule before the first draw. Use the same participant label for every allocation by the same guest and announce the order in which baskets will be drawn.
