Terms of Use

Use the site only for lawful activities. Do not use the tools to facilitate abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations, or unlawful promotions.

If you run a giveaway, raffle, classroom activity, or workplace process, you remain responsible for the rules, disclosures, and permissions required in your situation.

These terms remain effective while you use the service. If you breach these terms, misuse the service, create security or fraud risk, or if action is required by law, Random Pick Tools may warn you, restrict or suspend access, terminate your current or future use, revoke an unused paid entitlement, or disable unlawful shared content. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct a curable breach before termination.

You remain responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses, claims, chargebacks, and costs caused by your unlawful use or material breach, to the extent permitted by law. We may preserve relevant records, cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities, and pursue available legal remedies. Ending access does not erase payment, refund, evidence-preservation, or liability obligations that arose earlier.

You are responsible for the names, lists, and other content you enter into the tools, and for any link you choose to share with others.

If a shared URL contains a restorable draw state, anyone with the link may be able to reopen that state.

The site may rely on third-party services for analytics, hosting, link shortening, or hosted payment, receipt, and refund processing. Those services may have their own policies and terms.

The core browser tools are free. When the Verified Draw offer is enabled, its fee schedule is US$1 for one server-enforced draw of up to 5,000 entries and 10 winners. Each purchase is a one-time transaction billed when you confirm checkout. There is no recurring charge, billing cycle, subscription, or automatic renewal.

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record and processes the payment. Applicable taxes, currency conversion, and the final total are shown at checkout before purchase. No card details are collected by Random Pick Tools.

After payment confirmation, delivery is immediate through the Waffo Pancake payment-complete page. One purchase includes one draw slot, a public receipt, a JSON proof package, and a locally generated winner certificate. Before leaving for checkout, you must copy or download the recovery kit shown by Random Pick Tools and keep it private. Its reference and high-entropy key can restore the purchase on a new browser while the receipt is within its 12-month availability period. Recovery checks Waffo's current payment and refund status and rotates the 30-day browser-access cookie, signing out the previous browser. Random Pick Tools cannot recreate a lost recovery key because it stores only a cryptographic hash. A slot can be executed only once. Social-platform imports are not included, and the proof is not legal notarization.

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing cenfeng8023@gmail.com with the Waffo order or transaction ID and the reason for the request. Do not send card details or participant names. We aim to acknowledge a request within two business days. Approved refunds are returned by Waffo Pancake to the original payment method; bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.

A full refund is available for a duplicate charge, a Verified Draw that is not delivered or cannot be restored because of a service failure within our control, or a material defect that prevents the purchased draw from being used as described. An unused draw may also be refunded when required by applicable law.

Because execution immediately consumes the one-time digital service, an executed draw is generally non-refundable. This does not limit refunds for duplicate charges, a defective service, fraud or unauthorized payment handled by Waffo Pancake, or any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A refund or partial refund revokes an unused slot. A refund after execution does not alter an already-issued mathematical receipt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Random Pick Tools does not guarantee legal sufficiency for a contest, eligibility or prize compliance, or suitability for a regulated workflow. Verified Draw provides mathematical evidence of the executed selection; it does not prove list provenance, legal eligibility, or compliance with promotion laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Random Pick Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Aggregate direct liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The site may use advertising or advertising verification services. Ads, if enabled, do not change the responsibility rules above: you remain responsible for the content you enter, the links you share, and the rules of any activity you run.

Do not try to manipulate ads, automated traffic, clicks, impressions, or page views. Do not submit spammy lists, abusive content, or misleading promotion claims through the tools.

Random Pick Tools can help choose names, numbers, teams, and assignments, but it does not create official contest rules, eligibility checks, tax records, prize fulfillment, or legal disclosures.

If your draw is public, commercial, regulated, or tied to a prize, review the rules that apply in your location before publishing the result.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and, for this clause, excluding the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact cenfeng8023@gmail.com so the dispute can be addressed informally. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights, disputes are submitted to the competent people's court at the operator's domicile in the People's Republic of China.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be identified by a new effective date. Terms in force when a Verified Draw was purchased continue to govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
