Call a winner who must be present

At a staff party, set the claim timer before you call the first door prize. Show the selected guest on the projector. Confirm the guest who comes forward, or mark the absent guest and draw a replacement for that slot. Add a late sponsor prize when it arrives.

How do I replace a door prize winner who is absent?

Use the absence and replacement control for that individual prize slot. The other prize calls and confirmed winners keep their places.

Can I add a donated prize after the event starts?

Add a new prize to the running event, then draw its slot from the remaining eligible participants. The earlier prizes keep their winners.
