Spreadsheet raffle by ticket count

Bring entries from Excel or Google Sheets and draw by ticket count and prize column.

Set up prize pools

Import your ticket sheet

Paste cells from Excel or Google Sheets, or open a UTF-8 CSV or TSV file. Each row assigns tickets to one participant for one prize. Files are read on this device.

Up to 1 MiB and 10,000 allocations. Matching names share an identity. Include a unique ID for people with the same name.

Give a guest 100 chances from one row

Keep one row per allocation: guest A has 100 tickets for the camera, guest B has 25 for the camera and guest A has two for the book. Map the name, ticket and prize columns. Check that the camera pool has 125 tickets and the book pool has two before drawing.

Host questions

How do I use an Excel or Google Sheets raffle list?

Copy the cells into the tool or export your worksheet as CSV and open the file here. Map the participant, ticket count and prize fields, then compare the pool totals with your sheet.

Do I need one row for every raffle ticket?

Enter the ticket quantity on the participant’s row. In a pool with 125 tickets a guest holding 100 has a 100 in 125 chance on its first draw.
